So, my freezer was on the fritz again last week, and living in San Diego, that's a no-go. My go-to Google search for freezer repair led me to Dakota Appliance Repair, and I'm glad it did. Booking was a breeze. Got Alex, the tech, out here right on time (super important!). He got straight to work—spotted the issue pretty quickly. Turns out, it was something with the compressor. Saved my frozen goods, which was my main worry! Plus, Alex was cool enough to share some maintenance tips to keep it running smooth. Didn’t feel like he was rushing, but also didn't drag it out. Loved that balance. Times are tight, and I feel like the value was solid. Definitely riding that wave of recommending Dakota for any freezer repair around here. Solid experience, no fuss.
